The story behind the work.

I've spent 15+ years driving quality as a core product function — not a downstream checkpoint. From Amazon's Kindle ecosystem to enterprise file-governance platforms at FileCloud, and now greenfield insurance underwriting at Atom, I lead QA the way a Product Owner leads features: with vision, roadmap, and measurable adoption.

At Atom I architected a Playwright-based automation platform from zero, conceptualized an in-house test management tool through vibe coding, and own the Space Underwriting product's quality engineering. Across roles, my work has delivered 50% reductions in regression defects, 40% less manual effort, and faster, more reliable releases.

I'm a CSPO, SAFe-certified AI Product Manager, Test Tribe Dubai Chapter Lead, and an active mentor in the QA community.
